The policies below apply to Kate Jeliwelry orders shipped to all applicable countries and regions with the exception of the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, the UAE (Dubai Only), Australia, and China.

Importer of Record

The importer of record refers to the individual or company who is responsible for ensuring that goods are imported in accordance with all laws and regulations of the destination country or region. The importer of record is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees assessed by customs or the carrier.

For the following countries and regions, the recipient is the importer of record:

  • New Zealand

  • Northern Mariana Islands

  • Norway

  • Puerto Rico

  • Singapore

  • Switzerland

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customs office of the destination country or region may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise noted. When your order arrives at customs, either the carrier or customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.


Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country or region standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region.


Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.


To ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
