The importer of record refers to the individual or company who is
responsible for ensuring that goods are imported in accordance with all
regulations of the destination country or region. The importer of record
is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees assessed by
customs or the carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs office of the destination country or region may impose
customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your
international order. These additional charges required for customs
clearance are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise
noted. When your order arrives at customs, either the carrier or customs
office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any
charges that may be due.
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in

specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible
for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into

Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and

To ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return
policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item
without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of
the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. For orders shipping to
China, the 30 day period begins on the date you receive your order.
